We truly enjoyed our time at Jan Harmsgat Country House. the restaurant had a good menu with fine dining options, and we both ordered tasty dishes. the personnel were really helpful and attentive. the central location of this small hotel was a bonus. the bar was pretty roomy.

The stay here was very comfortable of our holiday in South Africa. We really enjoyed double room in an antique style. It was fashionable and had a complimentary mini bar and a lounge. The hotel was in a stunning location, on activities on the farm or area.

The hotel's location was stunning, a short walk to a farm in the perfect location to stop off between the garden route and Cape Town. Swellendam and Ashton in the Southern Cape offer beautiful gardens and olive groves.
